Verification documents may include but are not limited to government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or national ID), proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within seven (7) calendar days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
phtaua accepts deposits through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Philippine bank transfers (including but not limited to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), and authorized over-the-counter payment centers (7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier, M Lhuillier). Minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account VIP tier. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
Electronic wallet deposits (GCash, PayMaya) are typically credited to your phtaua account within thirty (30) seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to process depending on your financial institution's processing schedule. Over-the-counter cash deposits are credited within two (2) hours of payment confirmation. phtaua does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
Players may request withdrawals once they have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements and bonus conditions. Standard account withdrawals are processed within twelve (12) hours of request submission. VIP Silver members receive processing within six (6) hours; VIP Gold members within the same business day; VIP Platinum members within two (2) hours. Withdrawal requests submitted on weekends or Philippine public holidays may experience processing delays.
Minimum withdrawal amount is Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱500.00). phtaua operates in strict compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160 as amended) and related regulations. We reserve the right to request source of funds documentation for deposits exceeding Fifty Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱50,000) or cumulative deposits exceeding Two Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱200,000) within any thirty (30) day period. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Standard wagering requirement is thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount. For example, a One Thousand Peso (₱1,000) bonus requires Thirty-Five Thousand Pesos (₱35,000) in total bets before the bonus and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary: slots contribute 100%, table games contribute 10%, live dealer games contribute 10%. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the phtaua platform.

We will investigate your complaint and respond within seven (7) business days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulatory authority.
You may close your phtaua account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures. Account closure does not affect your obligations under these Terms for activities conducted prior to closure.
phtaua reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, posed a security risk to the platform or other users, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by phtaua management. Upon termination, you forfeit all rights to your account and any funds or winnings contained therein, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant. phtaua reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100) after the initial twelve (12) month dormancy period. Dormant accounts with zero balance may be permanently closed after twenty-four (24) months of inactivity.
phtaua reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the phtaua website. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this document indicates when these Terms were last revised.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
